Terms of purchase

Last updated 4 November 2026

These terms apply when you buy digital products from me on emiljohansson.info: PDF guides, stream overlay packages and license keys for NeatDisk Pro. Your purchase is covered by the terms in force when you bought.

Seller

Emil Johansson IT Konsult, company registration number 920212-2413, VAT number SE920212241301.

Address: Kungsgårdsvägen 10B, 392 37 Kalmar, Sweden. Phone: +46735030890. Email: emil@emiljohansson.info.

Price and payment

The price shown with the product is the total price. VAT is included and there are no other fees. It is a one-off purchase, not a subscription.

Prices are shown in Swedish kronor. On the English pages the overlay package is shown in US dollars.

You pay by card, Klarna or Swish at the checkout run by Stripe. Purchases in US dollars are paid by card. The purchase is complete when the payment has gone through.

Delivery

The product is delivered by email right after payment, to the address you give. Guides and overlay packages are delivered as a download link and NeatDisk Pro as a license key. Download links work for 7 days, so save the file once you have downloaded it.

If no email arrives, or the link has stopped working, get in touch and I will send a new one.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when buying at a distance. It does not apply to digital content supplied without a physical medium once supply has begun, if you have expressly agreed to that and accepted that the right of withdrawal therefore does not apply (chapter 2, section 11, point 11 of the Swedish Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts, 2005:59).

You give that agreement in the tick box before you pay. Because delivery starts right after payment, you have no right of withdrawal once the purchase is complete. The confirmation you get by email says so too.

Faults and complaints

As a consumer you have the right to complain about faults under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (2022:260). I am responsible for faults that existed at delivery and show within three years. A fault that shows within one year is treated as existing at delivery, unless I can show otherwise. A claim must be made no later than two months after the three years have ended.

If there is a fault, you first have the right to have it fixed or the product delivered again. If that is not possible or does not happen within a reasonable time, or if the fault is serious, you have the right to a price reduction or to cancel the purchase and get your money back. A minor fault does not give a right to cancel. You may also be entitled to damages.

To complain, email emil@emiljohansson.info or write to Kungsgårdsvägen 10B, 392 37 Kalmar, Sweden. Say which product it concerns and describe the fault.

System requirements

The overlay package needs OBS Studio 27 or newer and Node.js 18 or newer. The audio visualizer also needs ffmpeg on Linux and macOS. The package has been tested on Windows 11 and Linux, but not on macOS. The StreamElements connection has been tested with a live account, but the Streamlabs connection has not.

NeatDisk needs Windows 10 or 11 (x64). The guides are PDF files.

Using the products

The products are protected by copyright. You may use them yourself or in your own business, but not distribute or resell them.

The overlay package may be used on your own channels, and you may change its settings and files for that use. The full terms are in the LICENSE file in the package.

Personal data

To carry out the purchase I process your email address and the details of the purchase. Stripe handles the payment and I never get access to your full card details. Email is sent through Resend. The details of the purchase are kept for seven years, as the Swedish Bookkeeping Act requires. Read more in the privacy policy at emiljohansson.info/en/privacy.

Disputes

Please get in touch first and we will try to sort it out. If we cannot agree, you can as a consumer turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, www.arn.se.

Swedish law applies to the purchase and disputes are decided by the Swedish courts. If you live in another country, you keep the protection that mandatory consumer rules there give you.
