My name is Emil Johansson and I run Emil Johansson IT Konsult in Kalmar, Sweden. The price depends on what needs to be done. You always know the cost before I start, and troubleshooting before a repair is free. Private customers get a 50% RUT deduction on the labour cost of IT services in the home.
How does the RUT deduction work for computer help?
The RUT deduction covers IT services such as installation, repair and maintenance of computers and other IT equipment in your home. It is applied directly on the invoice, so you pay half the labour cost. Materials and spare parts are not deductible.
Do you help with Macs and phones too?
Yes. I help with Windows, macOS and Linux as well as smartphones, tablets, printers and network equipment.
How quickly can you help?
I usually reply within 24 hours on weekdays. If it is urgent, call me directly.
Will I lose my files?
I back up your files before any major work. If a drive has failed, I try to rescue the files first.
